I Go on TV to Talk Eating Disorders in The Work Place

As part of Eating Disorders Awareness Week, I volunteered my story and time to the brilliant charity Beat and appeared on TV in this short news piece. To coincide with awareness week this year Beat have launched a much needed campaign to raise awareness, support and compassion in the workplace for everyone struggling with eating disorders. Beat are calling for employers to be attentive and understanding to anyone who appears to be suffering in order to hopefully help recognize the symptoms quicker, and in turn get help and recovery as easily and as promptly as possible. An excellent campaign. To find out more just take a peep at their website. Or, watch the video of me and the charity CEO chatting about it.
